Storing event images

In Vivien Virtual Event Designer, you can store images such as renderings and logos on the Images tab. Renderings are automatically saved here when you select Internal Image View in the Output Properties/Step 2 of the Render Wizard. You can also import any other image files (bitmap or jpeg format) and save them on this tab.

Storing new images

You can store different images by creating a shortcut for each one and then importing images to associate with each shortcut. You can quickly switch between the images by clicking their shortcut icons.

The Images shortcut bar is prepopulated with one shortcut, the Logo shortcut, which is a logo image placeholder.

To create a new image shortcut
  1. Click the Images tab.
  2. Right-click on the Images shortcut area and choose New Image.
  3. Type the name of your image, and then click OK.

Result: A shortcut to the image is added to the Images shortcut bar and the title for the work area changes to correspond with the image name. “No Image Available” displays in the working area of the screen.

  1. Import an image. See “"Importing images"” below.
